These drinks can also cause physical damage to the nervous system with so much added caffeine. This risk is outweighed by the increase of energy to complete tasks.

There are literally dozens of drinks out there and you can always consult friends and family to see which ones they have tried and liked and which ones you should stay away from. Once you have decided on one that you like you can purchase them from a retailer like a grocery store or online.

Once you have your new energy drink, proceed with caution! Too much of the ingredients can cause an adverse reaction to your health. The temporary energy boost is not worth jeopardizing your health
